Customers in North America who purchase Pokémon Gold or Pokémon Silver download codes at GameStop, Amazon or Best Buy will receive a special bonus theme different to the standard themes available via the Nintendo eShop. This theme is based on the Pokémon Gold and Silver Cast including the Gym Leaders on the top screen and the protagonist, rival, Professor Elm, Kurt and other trainers on the bottom with the map of Johto behind them. The same theme is now available as a My Nintendo Reward in Japan and Europe, where it can be redeemed for 100 Platinum Points and will be available until February 28, 2018. I downloaded the code from Amazon and yet I can’t find/get the theme. Did anyone else have this problem?

Did it come with a code to download the Cast theme? Try looking on your Nintendo eShop receipt to see if the code is there.
