Legendary Pictures’ Detective Pikachu, a new live-action film based on the popular Pokémon franchise, is set to begin filming in London starting January 2018. Goosebumps director Rob Letterman is heading the project, working from a script written by Nicole Perlman (Captain Marvel) and Alex Hirsch (Gravity Falls). No casting announcements have yet been made public, but with shooting set to begin soon, those shouldn’t bee too far behind.
