November 25 was a day filled with nostalgia for Pokémon fans. In last week’s new Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon episode, Ash, Pikachu and their friends at the Pokémon School in Alola geared up for a field trip. Their destination was none other than Ash’s home region of Kanto! It sure was a welcome blast from the past as we got to see Ash reunite with Professor Oak, his mother and some of his past Pokémon friends. His old traveling companions, Misty and Brock, showed up as special guests as well – and so did Ash’s Bulbasaur, as shown in the official clip below:
