Pokémon Duel has received a brand-new update, taking it to version 5.0.0 and requiring 247 MB of space on your mobile device to download. It is required to update in order to play the game. This patch contains various UI changes to bring the interface more up to date. It also includes special UX versions of the Cube, Rare Metal and Ingot items, allowing for further enhancements of your figures. It also adds various brand-new figures.
The new UX Figures are Mega Sceptile, Mega Blaziken and Mega Swampert; the EX Figures are Primarina and Tapu Fini; and the R Figures are Brionne and Golisopod. The UC Figures are Popplio, Wimpod, Delibird and Stantler. A special 10 pack booster has also been released with a guaranteed EX or UX drop. Finally, the new update adds a variety of new Plate focused on the new Mega Evolutions. In addition to this, it has provided a variety of balance updates to the following existing figures:
Xerneas
- Increased Moonblast Power from 70 to 99
Yveltal
- Increased Oblivion Wing Power from 100 to 111
Lapras
- Removed Pound and replaced it with Ice Beam
- Increased Surf power from 60 to 70
