The Pokémon Company International and Nintendo recently announced that the Detective Pikachu game is scheduled to release both digitally and at retail on March 23, 2018, followed by a March 24 debut for Australia. Also launching on the same day is the special-edition Detective amiibo figure. According to Nintendo, the game features more than 150 animated cutscenes packed with a fun and witty talking Pikachu.
