Nintendo has announced that the Detective Pikachu game is also launching in Hong Kong and Taiwan both digitally and at retail on March 23, 2018. Also launching on the same day is the special-edition Detective amiibo figure, which is larger than a regular amiibo and allows players to view all the Pika Prompts (short video clips) from chapters they have completed, including ones they missed finding earlier.
