Video: Dancing festive Pikachu attend the Taipei Lantern Festival in Taiwan

This year’s Taipei Lantern Festival recently took place in Taipei City in Taiwan and none other than dancing Pikachu were one of the main events. The Pikachu were dressed in appropriate attire to boot, with traditional Chinese outfits for all attendees to see. You can see portions of the dancing Pikachu’s performance in the video below, where city mayor Ko Wen-je is also shown speaking to guests:

台北燈節今晚開幕，台北市長柯文哲變身指揮家，引領軍鼓團與貴賓一同點亮，由金、銀、紅3隻台灣土狗組成的主燈「幸福魔力狗」，搭配逾萬顆的LED燈光與音樂，閃耀震撼台北西區，主燈與開幕主舞台可見人山人海，人潮擠爆西門町，也宣告為期9天的台北燈節正式展開。
