During today’s Nintendo Direct presentation, Nintendo officially confirmed that Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo Switch is in development. The upcoming title has yet to be given an official title, but its first teaser confirms that characters from Splatoon known as Inklings will be joining the fray alongside Pikachu, Jigglypuff and other established fighters. Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo Switch launches later this year. The official Nintendo NY store hosted a live showing of the broadcast and fans reacted in all sorts of ways, such as crying out of excitement, as shown in the reaction video below:
