The first batch of images from the latest issue of CoroCoro recently revealed that the Legendary Lugia will be distributed to Pokémon Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon through serial code from April 13 to July 12 when you pre-order tickets for Pokémon the Movie: Everyone’s Story, with codes redeemable until September 30 in Japan. This Lugia is a level-100 Pokémon with its Hidden Ability Multiscale and the moves Aeroblast, Defog, Tailwind and Hurricane. This special Lugia is nicknamed Wind Lugia, presumably due to exclusively knowing Flying-type moves and matching the premise of the upcoming movie, where characters attend the Wind Festival in Fura City.
