The Pokémon Company announces special campaign, commemorative album, 20th anniversary Pikachu TCG card and more for the Pokémon Center’s 20th anniversary

On Wednesday, April 25, 2018, the official Pokémon Center will celebrate its 20th anniversary! To commemorate this milestone, The Pokémon Company is planning to host a huge event from April 25 to June 30 at Pokémon Centers and Pokémon Store locations throughout Japan. A slew of engaging activities will be available for fans, including exclusive giveaways, battle events, meet-and-greet sessions, as well as distributions for Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon and Pokémon Sun & Moon. One such distribution is Shaymin, which will be available for download via Pokémon Centers and Pokémon Stores throughout Japan from April 25 to June 30. A special campaign will also be held during this period, when fans will be able to pre-order an exclusive premium frame stamp set, which will launch in July 2018.

Meanwhile, Pokémon Center Online members can check out an album consisting of Pokémon Center items manufactured from 1998 to 2017. This special album will be on display for everyone to see starting on April 25. Fans will also be able to receive a 20th anniversary Pokémon TCG card for Pikachu by purchasing five Pokémon TCG booster packs. In addition, The Pokémon Company is releasing an entire batch of commemorative goods, including special plushies, a calendar, clear files, a ring note, masking tape, seal, towels, passport case, pen pocket, key ring, Pokémon TCG deck case & shield and more.
