As part of Niantic’s extensive Pokémon GO Summer Tour 2018, the second Pokémon GO Fest is set to take place on July 14 and July 15 in Chicago, Illinois. Tickets went on sale today, May 11, but are already sold out for both days. While Pokémon GO Fest 2018 will take place over the course of a weekend, participants will only be able to interact with the Pokémon habitats within the park for a single day. According to developer Niantic, it is illegal to resell Pokémon GO Fest 2018 tickets. However, if you can’t make it out to Chicago or were unable to purchase a ticket, Niantic says you will still be able to celebrate Pokémon GO Fest 2018 in a unique way. A number of fans were unable to purchase tickets due to loading issues with the official website. In addition, scalpers who managed to get their hands on tickets are already reselling them for $400 on eBay.
