Closer look at the recent domains registration for Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu and Pokémon Let’s Go Eevee

Nintendo has yet to reveal when we’ll receive substantial news on the first core console Pokémon RPG and Generation 8 Pokémon, but that hasn’t stopped people from sharing rumors of all sorts. A number of reports are pointing toward the titles of the highly-anticipated game, one of which is apparently called Pokémon Let’s Go! Pikachu. The second version is reportedly called Pokémon Let’s Go! Eevee. According to Emily Rogers of popular gaming forum ResetEra, the game will officially be announced by the end of this month and is heavily inspired by the immensely successful Pokémon GO. In addition, domains for both Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu and Pokémon Let’s Go Eevee have been registered by the same company Nintendo used to register the official website domain for Pokémon Sun and Moon. Nintendo also recently applied for a trademark for Eevee’s official Chinese name in Hong Kong. Many are speculating that this is also related to Pokémon Switch. For a closer look at the recent domains registration for Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu and Pokémon Let’s Go Eevee, check out the image above.
