The new Pokémon GO Raid Boss Shuckle is apparently nearly impossible to defeat as a solo user, but players are able to defeat it with at least one other person helping them deal damage. With that in mind, here are the best counters to Shuckle in Pokémon GO:

- Tyranitar with Iron Tail and Stone Edge
- Golem with Rock Throw and Stone Edge
- Dragonite with Steel Wing and Draco Meteor
- Metagross with Bullet Punch and Flash Cannon
- Rayquaza with Dragon Tail and Outrage
