Pokémon GO developer Niantic is continuing to take measures against spoofers and cheaters who use unauthorized apps and methods to gain an advantage over normal users. One of the developer’s latest approaches is punishing them by placing red diagonal lines across illegally-obtained Pokémon, which can no longer be used in the game.
