How to Make Komala Coffee from Pokemon Center Cafe. This tall iced caffeine boost will wake up even the laziest Snorlax. Plus, it’s as cute as a Komala!
What You need:
For Komala Cream:
1 TBL sugar
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup water
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup heavy cream
For Komala Coffee:
Black coffee, cooled
Crushed ice
Komala Cream, to taste
For Komala Cream: In a small saucepan, place blueberries, sugar and water. Bring to a boil. Cook over a low simmer for 20 minutes or until blueberries give their all. Strain blueberries into a small bowl. Set aside.
In a large mason jar, place heavy cream, condensed milk, and blueberry mixture. Shake to combine. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
To make a Komala Coffee: Fill a glass to the brim with crushed ice. Pour on black coffee. Carefully drizzle on Komala Cream to make the lovely gradient effect. Serve immediately.
