More Unown events now available for Pokémon GO in Latin America: Unown letters V A M O S M E X in Mexico and V A M O S C T R I in Costa Rica

Various special Unown events are now available in Pokémon GO across five major regions in Latin America. For a limited time, Unown letters V, A, M, O, S, B, and R are now available in Brazil; V A, M, O, S, P, E and R are now available in Peru; V, A, M, O, S, R and G are now available in Argentina; A, M, O, S, M, E and X are now available in Mexico; and V, A, M, O, S, C, T, R and I are now available in Costa Rica. This follows the last major Unown event, which took place earlier this week at E3 2018 in Los Angeles, California.

  1. The VAMOSMEX Event is terrible.
    For Mexico which has a population of 127 million people, only about 20% of the population could participate in the event. Only Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey got unowns. Tijuana (almost 3 million including suburban areas) has more population than Monterrey and almost as much population as Guadalajara. But no Unowns!
    Monterrey isn’t even in the top 5 most populous cities in Mexico! Puebla has as much population as Guadalajara and no Unowns either.
    Any of these cities would rank as the 5th largest cities in the USA.
    Most of the Mexican Pokemon players are in the northern cities next to the US/Mexico border like Tijuana, Mexicali, Juarez, and yes Monterrey. Also, Mexico City.

  3. Is the T unown confirmed in Costa Rica? Ive spent alot of time and caught nearly 10x of each of the others but cannot find a T.
