All differences between getting Legendary Pokémon Groudon and Kyogre in Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon versus Pokémon Sun & Moon

As part of the yearlong celebration of Legendary Pokémon, The Pokémon Company has confirmed that Groudon and Kyogre are being distributed throughout the month of August 2018. In the U.S. and Canada, distribution codes are now available until August 26 at GameStop and EB Games, respectively. The same distribution is taking place throughout Europe. From now until August 25, codes are available in Belgium at Game Mania and Smartoys; in the Netherlands at Game Mania; in the UK and Spain at GAME; in France at Micromania; and in Germany, Ireland and Italy at GameStop. The same distribution codes are available in Australia until August 25 at EB Games. Kyogre can be unlocked exclusively in Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Ultra Sun, while Groudon is exclusive to Pokémon Moon and Pokémon Ultra Moon. Both Pokémon are level 60 in Pokémon Sun and Moon, whereas in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, they are level 100 and come with a Gold Bottle Cap. The Legendary duo of Kyogre and Groudon has dominated the land and seas since originally appearing in the Hoenn region. Now you can get one of them via a code from your local participating GameStop store August 3–26, 2018. Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Sun players can get Kyogre, and Pokémon Ultra Moonand Pokémon Moon players can get Groudon.

HOW TO GET KYOGRE OR GROUDON

Open your Pokémon Sun, Pokémon Moon, Pokémon Ultra Sun, or Pokémon Ultra Moongame.
Select Mystery Gift on the main menu.
Select Receive Gift.
Select Get with Code/Password, then Yes, then Yes again to connect to the internet.
Enter your code.
Watch as your Legendary Pokémon arrives in your game!
Speak to the delivery person in any Pokémon Center to receive your Legendary Pokémon.
Be sure to save your game.
