During Evo 2018, Nintendo of America announced the first-ever Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Direct. The upcoming broadcast is set to take place today, August 8, at 7 a.m. PT. Brand-new game information will be unveiled, straight from series director Masahiro Sakurai in Japan. Despite being affected by tired eyes, Sakurai has confirmed that he is ready for today’s presentation. Leading up to the Direct, Simon Belmont from Castlevania has once again been leaked as a playable fighter. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is launching later this year, on December 7, for Nintendo Switch.
