How to Make Pinap Juice from Pokemon Sun and Moon one of the tastiest Pokemon Center Cafe drinks.
Super sweet, and like Pinap Berries, a little spicy, but totally refreshing.
What You Need:
2 cups pineapple, diced
1/4 cup sugar
2 TBL water
1/4 tsp Tajin, optional
Seltzer and mint, to serve
Place diced pineapple on a parchment lined sheet. Freeze until hard, about four hours. In the meantime, place sugar and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Place in the fridge while pineapple freezes.
In a food processor, place diced pineapple. Drizzle on your sugar syrup and optional Tajin chili powder. Pulse your fruit until smooth. Once it looks like sorbet, place it in a sealable container and freeze until stiff, about two hours.
To make a Pinap Juice: Scoop a few dollops of sorbet into a glass. Top with cold seltzer and finish with a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
