The first-ever Psychic Week event has been announced for Pokémon GO. It is set to kick off tomorrow, October 5, for players across the globe. Featured Pokémon include increased spawns of Psychic types such as Slowbro, Drowzee, Abra, Spoink, Ralts and Baltoy. For some reason, Pokémon GO developer Niantic initially deleted its published post about the latest in-game event, but the original page is now up and running. The official announcement from the development team is as follows:

We’ve had a vision of Psychic-type Pokémon in your future! On October 5 at 1:00 p.m. PDT, the Psychic Spectacular will begin. With Mewtwo in raids, Psychic-type Pokémon such as Abra, Ralts, and Baltoy will be appearing more frequently in the wild until October 14 at 1:00 p.m. PDT. Check out the details below:
