Niantic confirms major gameplay issues affecting Beldum Pokémon GO Community Day in the Asia-Pacific region

Niantic recently announced the 10th Pokémon GO Community Day, which is set to take place on Sunday, October 21, for three hours in various territories across the globe. The latest worldwide event features increased spawns of Beldum, the new exclusive move Meteor Mash for Metagross, 1/4 Egg hatch distance and three-hour Lures. Metang evolved during October Community Day will know the powerful Steel-type move Meteor Mash. This exclusive move can still be learned one hour after Community Day ends. Shiny Beldum, Shiny Metang and Shiny Metagross have also made their Pokémon GO debuts. A special Community Day Box is now available for purchase via the in-game store. It comes with three Egg Incubators, three Lucky Eggs, one Lure Module and 30 Ultra Balls.   • The Asia-Pacific region: October 21, 2018, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. JST
  • Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India: October 21, 2018, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. UTC
  • The Americas and Greenland: October 21, 2018, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. PDT

Niantic apologizes for the major gameplay issues impacting Community Day in the Asian-Pacific region. An additional Beldum Community Day will be held for Asia-Pacific Trainers to make up for the inconvenience. The new date will be announced soon.
