All-new Field Research will be available from 1 p.m. PDT on November 1 in Pokémon GO. Players who make a Research Breakthrough during November will encounter Shedinja, a Pokémon that’s never been available in Pokémon GO before. Several of Bug-type Pokémon will also be featured in November’s Field Research tasks, including Caterpie. Shiny Caterpie, Shiny Metapod and Shiny Butterfree will also make their Pokémon GO debuts. To make a Research Breakthrough, you’ll need to collect seven stamps by completing Field Research tasks, and you can only earn one stamp each day. You won’t find Shedinja roaming around anywhere in the wild, so don’t miss the chance to add it to your collection.
