The Pokémon Company recently released Pokémon TCG: GX Ultra Shiny, the latest expansion as part of the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). Available now in Japan, the expansion includes several powerful cards and rare cards. One particular customer has actually bought hundred of expansion packs, as shown in the embedded post below. Is this guy an extreme scalper? Or does he want more chances to find rare cards?
