Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios officially opens in 2020 in Japan

Nintendo Co., Ltd. president Shuntaro Furukawa has revealed that Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios Japan will open in time for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Meanwhile, in other Nintendo-related news, Illumination’s highly-anticipated Super Mario Bros. movie has an anticipated theatrical release around 2022. The Mario and Pokémon franchises are expected to be a part of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics in some way, shape or form.
