Nintendo has dispatched a brand-new system update for Nintendo Switch, which is now available for download worldwide. Official patch notes for update version 7.0.1 from the development team are as follows:
Nintendo constantly aims to improve the functionality of its systems and services in order to provide the easiest, most user-friendly experience possible. As a part of these efforts, we are making Nintendo Switch system updates available for download via the Internet.
Improvements Included in Version 7.0.1 (Distributed 02/18/2019)
General system stability improvements to enhance the user’s experience, including:
- Resolved an issue where the Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! games cannot reconnect to the Pokémon GO app if the game software was closed after pairing with the app.
