Description:
- A Pokémon disappeared during a transfer from Pokémon GO on smart device to Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! or Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! on Nintendo Switch.
- The connection between the smart device and Nintendo Switch was interrupted during a transfer, and the transfer can’t be resumed.
Important:
- If the Pokémon GO app gets disconnected while transferring Pokémon to Nintendo Switch, there is a chance that the resume transfer function would no longer work.
- It is also possible that the Pokémon GO app in which this issue occurred will no longer connect to any supported games on Nintendo Switch.
What to Do:
- To prevent this issue from occurring, ensure that you have a stable connection between the smart device and the Nintendo Switch game when transferring Pokémon.
- While transferring Pokémon between Pokémon GO and a supported game on Nintendo Switch, avoid actions that may interrupt the connection between the two, such as:
- Pressing the HOME Button or the POWER Button on the console.
- Pausing the app, pressing the HOME button, or turning off Bluetooth settings on the smart device.
- Having too much distance between the Nintendo Switch console and the smart device.
- If the issue has occurred, uninstall the Pokémon GO app from your smart device and then reinstall it.
- Please note that the missing Pokémon may become lost and cannot be recovered. However, future transfers should work as expected.
- Pokémon associated with your Pokémon GO app will still be available if you re-install the app.
