The Psychic- and Fairy-type Pokémon Ralts was the star of August‘s Pokémon GO Community Day. Community Day events are taking place in the evening this summer to help players keep cool as they explore during these warmer months. This month’s event was happening on Saturday, August 3, 2019, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time. Ralts was appearing much more frequently in the wild during this time. If you evolved Kirlia (the evolved form of Ralts) into Gardevoir or Gallade during the event or up to one hour afterward, the Gardevoir or Gallade learned Synchronoise, a move it can’t normally learn. Plus, Eggs placed into Incubators during the three hours of the Community Day event hatched in one fourth of the usual distance, and participants got to take advantage of three-hour Lures. Shiny Ralts, Shiny Kirlia, Shiny Gardevoir and Shiny Gallade also made their Pokémon GO debuts. In addition, Ralts was hatching from Eggs and was available to battle in raids during Community Day hours. To see more Community Day photos taken by fans, click here.
