A Magikarp Hat is among the additions that were introduced to Pokémon GO via the Water Festival event. As its name implies, the hat is shaped like Magikarp and was designed to look like its trying to swallow your head. It is an official avatar wardrobe item and is free to wear. According to Niantic, “Magikarp is famous for being very unreliable. Wear a Magikarp hat if you are also unreliable.” Would that include you?
