Pokémon GIF: Two Galarian Ponyta caress each other during Glimwood Tangle livestream for Pokémon Sword and Shield

As another way to promote Pokémon Sword and Shield, The Pokémon Company was broadcasting live footage from Glimwood Tangle in the Galar region. During the stream, a number of Pokémon were shown off and therefore confirmed to appear in Pokémon Sword and Shield, including Morelull, Phantump, Impidimp, Shiinotic and a new Pokémon that with a pony/horse-like body that turned out to be Galarian Ponyta. There are two different forms of Galarian Ponyta, one of which lacks a tail. Because of all the excitement surrounding this new Pokémon, Galarian Ponyta is now trending on Twitter.
