Claim Your Ultra Final Participation Prize
If you registered for the Ultra Final Online Competition and completed at least three matches, you can now claim your Shiny Tapu Koko participation prize. Just log in to the PGL using the game that you used to participate in the Ultra Final Online Competition and click here.
To redeem the code in your game, select Mystery Gift from the main menu, select Receive Gift, and then select Get with Code/Password and follow the prompts to enter your special code. Be sure to enter the code in your Pokémon Ultra Sun or Pokémon Ultra Moon game before November 30, 2019, at 23:59 UTC.

I can’t claim the prize even tho I have completed all 45 battles and a valid ranking.
It keeps saying page not found even when I’m logged in.
Please look into this as soon as possible.
