To enter, complete any of the actions listed below. These range from visiting our official community pages to tweeting a picture of your very own special “sync-up”—a screenshot of your co-op battle team or a picture of you and your friends getting ready to enjoy some Pokémon Masters together!
To increase your chance of winning, you can complete all available actions once for a total of 8 entries.
We’ll be choosing five winners total, and prizes include the following:

Pokémon Masters Sync Up and Cooperate Campaign Official Rules (“Rules”)

NO ENTRY FEE. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. All times and dates are Pacific Time (“PT”).
1. Entry Period for the Draw:
The Pokémon Masters Sync Up and Cooperate Campaign (“Draw”) will start, and be open to entries, from 10/18/2019, 9:00 a.m. PT, and will end, and be closed to entries, on 10/31/2019, 11:59 p.m. PT (“Draw Period”).
2. Eligibility:
The Draw is open to individuals who (i) have Internet access; (ii) are individual legal residents of the United States or Canada at the time of entry; and (iii) are of legal age of majority in their state of residence. Employees of the Sponsor, provider(s) of the prizes (“Prize Provider”), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment, or other coordinating agencies, individuals providing services to the Sponsor through an outsourcer or temporary employment agency during the Draw Period, and their respective immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Draw. Entry into the Draw constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Rules. THE DRAW IS VOID WHERE RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY LAW.
3. How to Enter:
The Draw is offered in connection with Pokémon Masters as available via Apple Inc.’s App Store and Google Inc.’s Google Play (“Game”). During the Draw Period, entrants must:
(1) Visit the Draw website (http://bit.ly/2lix3El) (“Site”) during Draw Period,
(2) Entrants will be directed to take certain actions to enter the Draw. These actions include, following a twitter account, tweeting a certain hashtag, tweeting the entrant’s “sync up” moment as described on the Site, visiting the Game’s site, Facebook and/or Instagram pages, YouTube channel, and/or entering your favorite sync pair in the Game’s site. Each action is worth one entry, as indicated on the Site. Entrants may choose to do as many or as little actions as the entrant chooses. An entrant performing more actions will have a greater chance of winning since they are submitting more entries.
(3) At the end of the Draw Period, winners of the prizes will be randomly selected from the total number of entries. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries. The winning entrants will receive one of the 5 prizes outlined in the Prize Details below.

This Draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Inc., Twitter, Inc., YouTube, LLC or any of their respective affiliated or related companies.
No mechanically reproduced or pre-programed entry or entry-related data are allowed and any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will mean forfeiture of all entries by such means.
An entrant may only perform a particular action only once. Usage of multiple accounts to circumvent this limitation is ground for disqualification.
Tweets from non-public accounts do not count as entries and are deemed ineligible.
4. Winner Determination:
The winners of the Draw will be randomly selected from the total pool of all entries received within the Draw Period, and will be awarded prizes after the end of the Draw Period. The selection of the winner will take place on or about 11/4/2019.

Prizes are expected to be shipped at or around 11/11/2019, but may be subject to change without prior notice. Prizes will only be shipped to addresses in the United States.
Please note again that no payment, fee, or purchase of any items, in-game currency, or anything else is required to complete this Draw. No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted, except at the sole option of the Sponsor for a prize of equal or greater value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of any advertised prize. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize. Each winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes, levies, customs duties or like charges, if any, that apply to the prize or its delivery.
6. Winner Qualification & Notification:
Selected entrants to receive the prize will be notified by email (each a “Notice”) of being selected to receive the prize within 10 business days of the conclusion of the draw.
In addition, entrants must provide his/her full legal name, and a physical address to the Sponsor for delivery of the prize, the entrant may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release within 5 business days of Notice. If the determined winners cannot be contacted, are ineligible, do not provide necessary information or materials, fail to claim the prize, and/or where applicable affidavits of eligibility and/or publicity/liability releases are not timely received, are incomplete or modified, prizes may be forfeited and alternate winners determined by the Sponsor from remaining valid, eligible entrants at the Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor may successively attempt to contact up to three (3) potential alternate winners in accordance with such aforementioned procedures, and if there is still no confirmed alternate winner of a prize after such attempts have been made, if any, such prize may be deemed forfeited and go un-awarded. prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged.
You agree that you will be solely responsible for any costs you incur in connection with Notices you receive.
The winner agrees that the Sponsor may quit and/or eject the winner if, in the reasonable opinion of the Sponsor, the winner: (a) has violated these Rules; (b) unfollows Pokémon Masters’s Twitter account before the prize is shipped; (c) deletes or makes private the Twitter account used in the Draw before the prize is shipped; (d) deletes the Draw tweet before the prize is shipped; and (e) for any reason in the Sponsor’s reasonable discretion, that the operator deems to be inappropriate.
7. General Rules:
By entering the Draw, entrants agree to having read and being bound by these Rules. Entrants agree that Sponsor, Prize Provider, and their respective licensors, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment, or other coordinating agencies (“Sponsor and Provider Members”) shall not be responsible for any of the following: (i) stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, undeliverable, or incomplete, inaccurate, delayed participation or participation related data due to technical, computer, mechanical, printing, typographical, human, or other errors relating to or in connection with the Draw, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Draw, notification or correspondence (whether by email or postal mail or otherwise), the processing of entry/participation data, the announcement of prizes, or in any Draw related materials or data; (ii) any technical failure of any kind, including but not limited to phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software, or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (iii) failures of any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Draw; (iv) unauthorized human and/or mechanical intervention in any part of the participation process or the Draw; (v) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Draw, or the sending or processing of entry/participation related data; or (vi) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entry/participation in the Draw or the receipt or use of any prize. If for any reason entrant’s entry or entry related data are confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed, corrupted, or for any other reason not accepted as entry or entry related data in respect of the Draw, entrant’s sole remedy is, insofar as participation in the Draw remains available, to place a new entry in the Draw. Sponsor may rescind any entry or entry related data found to contain errors or failures without liability at its sole discretion.
By entering the Draw, entrants further agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold Sponsor and Provider Members, Facebook, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and assigns, and any other organizations related to the Draw (collectively, the “Releasees”), harmless from any and all claims, injuries, damages, expenses, or losses to person or property and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from entry/participation in this Draw or acceptance or use of any prize or parts thereof, including, without limitation, (i) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor and Provider Members’ control that may cause the Draw to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or wireless device, or inability to access any website or other Internet presence or wireless service; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials or data associated with the Draw.
AS A CONDITION OF ENTERING/PARTICIPATING IN THE DRAW, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW ENTRANTS AGREE THAT (I) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL RELEASEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS OR PROFITS), OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ENTRY OR PARTICIPATION IN THE DRAW, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT ANY OF THE RELEASEES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE; (II) ALL CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE DRAW, OR ANY PRIZES AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; AND (III) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, BUT SHALL IN NO EVENT INCLUDE ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR ASSOCIATED COSTS.
ENTRANTS AGREE THAT RELEASEES HAVE NOT MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE DRAW OR PRIZES AWARDED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, RELEASEES DO NOT MAKE ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO ANY PROMOTIONAL WEBSITE AND RELEASEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF ANY INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS RELATED THERETO. If in Sponsor or Prize Provider’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Draw, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Draw, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the participation process or participation related data, void any entry made fraudulently, modify or suspend the Draw, or terminate the Draw, and, if possible and in each’s sole discretion only, select any winner from all eligible, non-suspect entrants’ participation data received as of the date of the event giving rise to such measures. Any attempts by an individual to access any website associated with the Draw via robotic, automatic entry devices, programs such as, but not limited to, by script, macro or any other automated means, or any other unauthorized participation will void all such entries by such methods.
ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY RELEASEE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE DRAW MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND/OR PRIZE PROVIDER RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK CIVIL AND/OR CRIMINAL PROSECUTION AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
8. Additional Conditions:
Use of Likeness & Publicity
By entering the Draw and/or winning any prize each entrant agrees to Sponsor and Provider Members, and any of their advertising agents using and/or publishing his/her full name, Game profile, city and state, province, district, council area, or county of residence, photographs, or other Likeness (in whole and in part), and/or statements made by entrant regarding the Draw, the Game, or Sponsor and Provider Members, worldwide and in perpetuity for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, for the purposes of creating the prizes and advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor and Provider Members, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, print, radio, electronic, cable, or the Internet, without further limitation, restriction, compensation, notice, review, or approval. In this Section 8, “Likeness” means all legally protectable aspects of the personality of the entrant, which, for the purposes of these Rules, shall include the names, nicknames, initials, signatures (including facsimiles), voices, portrait, likeness, persona, and biographical information of entrant, and rights of publicity and privacy of the entrant.
Rule Changes
Sponsor reserves the right to change these Rules at any time. If Sponsor makes what it considers to be material changes to these Rules, same will be posted at: http://bit.ly/2lix3El. Continued participation in the Draw following such notice of a change signifies acceptance of, and consent to, those modifications. If any entrant breaches any of these Rules, such entrant’s authorization to enter and participate in the Draw automatically terminates.
Draw Changes
Sponsor reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Draw in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties, or if the integrity of the Draw is compromised, without liability to any entrant. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. The Draw is subject to these Rules and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply.
Governing law and Venue
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with this Draw are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Entrants hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Federal and State Courts in Los Angeles, California for the purposes of any suit related to the Draw and waive any claim that they are not subject personally to the jurisdiction of said courts or that any such suit or other proceeding is brought in an inconvenient forum or improper venue.
Privacy
By entering/participating in the Draw, entrant agrees (i) to having reviewed and accepted these Rules and Sponsor’s privacy policy (https://dena.com/legal/PP.html), except only that in the event of any inconsistency between Sponsor’s privacy policy and these Rules, these Rules shall govern to the extent of such inconsistency; (ii) to Sponsor and its Service Providers’ (as that term is defined in said privacy policy) collection and use of entrant’s personal information and data within the context of, and for the purposes of administering the Draw, shipping prizes and for any other purposes as outlined in these Rules; and (iii) that entrant’s personal information and data may be processed, stored, and otherwise used both in and outside the United States. Entrant further agrees that such personal information and data may also be used by Sponsor or its Service Providers to verify entrant’s identity, email and/or provided physical address, and telephone number, or otherwise to verify eligibility to enter in and participate in the Draw.
