Shiny Grookey, Shiny Scorbunny, Shiny Sobble and the Shiny counterparts of their evolutions have been revealed for Pokémon Sword and Shield. However, it’s important to note that the starters and Legendary Pokémon are Shiny locked, so you won’t be able to find them from the get-go. “As usual with models shown in the overworld, the legendaries and starters you can obtain in game are shiny locked,” explains a dataminer. “This prevents the model from showing up as shiny AND prevents the actual PKM you obtain from being shiny.”
