POKÉMON Detective Pikachu will be available by HBO on HBO Max in 2020. HBO Max is a new streaming experience that will be launching sometime in May 2020. POKÉMON Detective Pikachu stars Ryan Reynolds as the titular hero himself, with Justice Smith playing a leading role as Tim Goodman and Kathryn Newton as Lucy Stevens.
