Pokémon Masters, the new strategy and battling game for mobile platforms, is now available for download on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). In celebration of the game’s release, special in-game events and rewards are offered for a limited time.
Missions Issues
Updated: 12/29/2019 at 7:00 a.m. The following issues are currently occurring in the game.
Issue Details 1
The message for receiving the “Reward for completing all missions (Gems ×30)” will display each time the following conditions are met.
- You collected the “Reward for completing all missions” for Daily Missions between 12/24/2019 at 10:00 p.m. – 12/25/2019 at 9:59 p.m.
- After 12/25/2019 at 10:00 p.m., complete any Event, General, or Daily Mission.
- Collect rewards using the Claim All button.
Gems from the repeating message cannot actually be collected.
Issue Details 2
When the following conditions are met, the Daily mission “Talk to a Trainer in the Pokémon Center” does not get reset and the reward for that mission cannot be claimed.
- Talk to a Trainer in the Pokémon Center before the daily reset time.
- After the daily reset time, talk to a Trainer without passing through the Title or Missions screens.
Note: Since this mission is not reset, it is deemed completed and it is still possible to claim the reward for completing all Daily missions.
Note: We are planning compensation for this issue at a later date.
