The Pokémon Company has announced that the next Pokémon movie will premiere on July 10, 2020, in Japan. The upcoming film is officially the first brand-new Pokémon movie in two years. The first teaser for this year’s animated Pokémon movie was showcased last year, but the first full trailer will air this Friday, January 10, during the next episode of Oha Suta in Japan. As you may recall, footage primarily consisted of Pikachu descending from a vine in a forest. It won’t be long now till we get a better look at it all!
