The second Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield Online Competition, Galar Newcomers, took place from Thursday, January 23, 2020, at 4:00 p.m. PST until Sunday, January 26, 2020, at 3:59 p.m. PST. Participants who completed at least one battle can now receive a reward of 50 Battle Points. Meanwhile, the Galar Newcomers ratings are now live in the Victory Stadium in Pokémon Sword and Shield, so be sure to check them out.
