DeNA is continuing to add more events and new features to Pokémon Masters on a regular basis. Read on below to learn more about a confirmed issue that has surfaced:
Regarding the Legendary Event Exchange Items Menu
The following issue occurred in the game.
Issue Details
In the Exchange Items menu for the Legendary Event The Beast That Devours the Sun, item exchanges that require the completion of certain areas would become locked due to the app version update, even if the completion conditions were met.
Affected Versions
ver.1.9.0 or higher
*This error has now been fixed.
Resolution
- Completion of the conditions is now accurately determined, and items can be exchanged.
- The duration to exchange items is being extended as follows.
Exchange Items Duration
April 5, 2020 at 11:00 p.m. – May 20, 2020 at 10:59 p.m.
