Egg Event issue has now been fixed in Pokémon Masters EX, 300 non-paid gems now available to all players as compensation

Pokémon Masters EX, the Pokémon strategy and battling title for mobile platforms, is available now on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). As part of its ongoing efforts to continue supporting the game, developer DeNA is continuing to host various events and release new features on a regular basis. Read on below to learn more:

The following issue is currently occurring in the game.

Issue Details

During the Egg Event, Eggs can be obtained by completing area info outside the event.

Issue Occurrence Period

October 27, 2020 at 9:00 p.m. – November 3, 2020 at 10:00 p.m.

Note: This issue occurs if the app has been updated to Ver. 2.2.0 or higher.

Resolution

We are currently investigating the cause of this issue.

We are currently considering addressing and providing compensation for this issue.

An additional announcement regarding the resolution will be made after the updated version with the fix is released.

This issue is now fixed.

We have also made the following resolution.

As compensation for this issue, 300 non-paid gems have been sent to all players.
As additional compensation, 300 non-paid gems will be sent starting November 5, 2020 to the players those who had a valid Eggcelerator Pass during the issue occurrence period.
The event period of the Ice- and Fighting-Type Egg Event is being extended as follows.
