DeNA confirms issue when using Volkner & Luxray’s move Thunder Fang in Pokémon Masters EX

DeNA is continuing to add more events and new features to Pokémon Masters on a regular basis. Read on below to learn more:

Current Issue

The following issue is currently occurring in the game.

Issue Details

The following issue occurs when using Volkner & Luxray’s move Thunder Fang.

  • The effect of inflicting the target with the flinching condition does not activate.
  • Even if the target is not inflicted with a Status Condition and Hostile Environment 4 displays, the target may not be inflicted with Paralysis.

Note: The effect of Hostile Environment 4 is working properly.

Occurrence Period

Since November 25, 2020 at 10:00 p.m.

Note: This issue occurs if the app has been updated to Ver. 2.3.0 or higher.

Resolution

We are currently investigating the cause of this issue.

We are currently considering addressing and providing compensation for this issue.

An additional announcement regarding the resolution will be made after the updated version with the fix is released.
