DeNA has revealed a new update regarding a new issue in Pokémon Masters EX. Read on below to learn more:
Current Issue
Players who have updated the app to Ver. 2.6.0 or higher are currently experiencing the following issues.
Issue Details
- The Theme Skill levels of Gloria & Zacian’s “Main Character” Theme and Piers & Obstagoon’s “Gym Leader” Theme have returned to their initial setting of Lv. 1.
- At the same time, the level of Gloria & Zacian’s “Main Character” Theme from before the update has been applied to their “Galar” Theme, and the level of Piers & Obstagoon’s “Gym Leader” Theme from before the update has been applied to their “Galar” Theme.
Note: The effects of each Theme Skill have not changed.
Occurrence Period
Since February 24, 2021 at 10:00 p.m.
Note: This issue occurs if the app has been updated to Ver. 2.6.0 or higher.
Resolution
As compensation for these issues, all players will receive enough items to raise the Theme Skill levels of Gloria & Zacian’s “Main Character” Theme and Piers & Obstagoon’s “Gym Leader” Theme to their maximum levels.
