The following issue is currently occurring in the Blissful Bonanza!
Issue Details
After obtaining the following items which are obtainable as Battle Rewards, they will immediately be converted to coins (10 coins each) through the Auto-Exchange of Expired Limited-Time Items.
- Happy Ticket
- Joy Ticket
- Bliss Ticket
Note: The above items can be collected normally when they are obtained as Completion Rewards from the Special Bliss Battle, which appears on the fourth and seventh days of the event.
Note: Converted coins are sent to the Temp Storage section of the Present Box.
Note: Items other than the ones listed above can be collected normally.
Occurrence Period
Since September 22, 2021 at 11:00 p.m.
Resolution
We are currently investigating the cause of this issue.
We are currently planning compensation for the inconvenience caused.
An additional announcement with details of this issue’s resolution will be made at a later date.
