Posted on December 16, 2022December 16, 2022 by Blogger

Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet are now available for Nintendo Switch. Read on below to learn more about one of the latest in-game events:

Charizard Shows Its Might Again in Tera Raid Battles!

Catch a Charizard with the Mightiest Mark!
Charizard will appear in 7-star Tera Raid Battles at black crystals December 16–18. Charizard cannot normally be encountered in Paldea, and the Charizard appearing during this event has Dragon as its Tera Type, making it a formidable foe. Work together with friends to topple this powerful Tera Pokémon!

This special Charizard can be caught only once per save data. You can still participate in Tera Raid Battles against this Charizard to obtain other rewards if you’ve already caught it.

This Charizard may be featured in future events or become obtainable through other methods.

Catch Florges and Mimikyu to Help Prove Your Might against Charizard!
During this event, you can also encounter Florges and Mimikyu in 4-star and 5-star Tera Raid Battles. The Tera Types of these Florges and Mimikyu will vary, and if you can catch them, they’ll make formidable allies!

Event Schedule

Friday, December 16, 2022, at 0:00 to Sunday, December 18, 2022, at 23:59 UTC
Charizard will have the same mark, Ability, and moves regardless of when it is caught during the event.

Featured Pokémon

7-star Tera Raid Battles: Charizard with the Mightiest Mark
4-star and 5-star Tera Raid Battles: Florges and Mimikyu

What Is a Tera Raid Battle?

In a Tera Raid Battle, you’ll work together with three other Trainers to defeat a powerful Tera Pokémon before time runs out. The kinds of Pokémon encountered during Tera Raid Battle events will vary. Pokémon encountered in Tera Raid Battles may have a rare Tera type.

Check the Poké Portal for more information about what Pokémon are appearing in Tera Raid Battles.
