In commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the Pokémon anime, an album called “The BEST: Pokémon TV Anime Theme Song BEST OF BEST OF BEST 1997-2023” will be released on February 1st, 2023. The album includes all of the original openings from 1997-2023, including the brand new opening “Aim to be a Pokémon Master -with my friends-” from Ash’s final 11 episode season.
In addition, the Blu-ray and the DVD version (inculded with the limited edition run) contains bonus footage and 37 of the Pokémon anime’s openings and endings without credits.
