Niantic has updated the official Known Issues support page for Pokémon GO. Read on below to learn more:

Mega Beedrill is not visible
Issue description: If Beedrill is Mega Evolved into Mega Beedrill, it can no longer be seen. Additionally, when attempting to use Mega Beedrill in Battle, Pokémon GO becomes unresponsive and the app crashes or lags.
Issue status: Resolved.
