Pokémon Masters EX, the official strategy and battling Pokémon game for mobile platforms, is now available for download on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). In-game events are being hosted on a regular basis, featuring additional Pokémon and recognizable characters from across the Pokémon franchise.
Sygna Suit Lysandre & Volcanion in Pokémon Masters EX
Lysandre puts the pressure on Pasio alongside the Steam Pokémon, Volcanion, in Pokémon Masters EX.
Lysandre will do anything to fulfill his dream of a perfect, beautiful world, and he’s turning up the heat during the latest chapter of the Kalos villain arc. Clad in a swanky red outfit, Lysandre teams up with Volcanion, a Pokémon boiling over with Mythical power. Sygna Suit Lysandre & Volcanion are a Water-type strike sync pair that—despite their typing—deal the most damage when their opponent is burned thanks to their Searing Surge 5 passive skill. Once the opposition is burned, Sygna Suit Lysandre & Volcanion can pour on the damage with their powerful Buddy move, B Hydro Pump, which also applies the Free Move Next, Supereffective ↑ Next, and Special Moves ↑ Next effects to the user after each use.
Sygna Suit Lysandre & Volcanion will be available to scout until March 5, 2023, at 9:59 p.m. PST.

Recommended Sync Pairs to Partner with Sygna Suit Lysandre & Volcanion
May & Swampert
Water-type sync pairs love the rain, and Sygna Suit Lysandre & Volcanion are no different. Use May & Swampert’s Rain Dance to quickly boost the damage of Sygna Suit Lysandre & Volcanion’s Steam Eruption, B Hydro Pump, and Nation Creation Hydro Pump. May & Swampert can also use Ready for This? to charge the move gauge by two and raise their own Sp. Atk and critical-hit rate, so they’ll be doing plenty of damage alongside Sygna Suit Lysandre & Volcanion. May & Swampert are available to scout from the general pool of 5★ sync pairs, as well as from the 5★-Guaranteed Ticket Scout and 5★-Guaranteed Hoenn Ticket Scout.
Professor Sycamore & Xerneas
Lysandre and Professor Sycamore may no longer see eye to eye, but the two nevertheless work fabulously together on a team. Professor Sycamore & Xerneas stand out with the sheer stat-raising power of their sync move, Gentlemanly Geomancy, which charges the move gauge by two for each allied sync pair on the field and raises the Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, and Speed of all allied sync pairs by up to six stat ranks. If Professor Sycamore & Xerneas are raised to 6★ EX, their sync buff will also be doubled the first time their sync move is used. With fully raised Speed and Sp. Atk plus the double sync buff, Sygna Suit Lysandre & Volcanion can steamroll opponents. Professor Sycamore & Xerneas can be acquired after completing Give and Take in the Legendary Adventures section of the main story.
