Pokémon Masters EX, the strategy and battling Pokémon game for mobile platforms, is now available for download on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Strategy: Training Sync Pairs
Level up your sync pairs!
Raise the level of your sync pairs to the recommended level for the battle.
To level up beyond Lv. 100, use the Unlock Level Cap menu.
To obtain the items required, head to the Cap-Unlock Area in the Training Area.
Use the sync grid effectively!
Power up your sync pairs even further via their sync grids. Simply use the Co-op Sync Orbs available in the Sync Orb Area of the Training Area.
There are various ways to upgrade your sync pairs, so choose whatever suits you.

Unleash Theme Skills!
Create teams with sync pairs that share the same themes and target your opponents’ weaknesses.
Use Theme Skills to make your sync pairs even stronger.
Master tactics!
Switching tactics changes the order your team members are targeted.
A key strategy is to have support sync pairs with higher HP, Defense, or Sp. Def targeted first, and strike sync pairs with higher Attack or Sp. Atk targeted third.

Defeat opponents in the center last!
If you defeat an Elite Four or Champion sync pair in the center position first, the Pokémon on the left and right will unleash powerful moves.
So try to defeat the sync pair in the center position last.
Tap an opponent’s Pokémon during battle to switch between targets.

- Watch out for incoming special attacks!
- Watch out for your opponent’s attacks that inflict the Burning condition!

Your opponent will use their Sunburst and Solarize Passive Skills to make the weather Sunny, so use Sygna Suit Kris & Suicune’s Rain Dance to make the weather rainy instead!
Your opponent mainly uses special attacks, so raise your Sp. Def with Sygna Suit Kris & Suicune’s Team Mind-Bracing Infliction 4 Passive Skill!
Malva & Pyroar will use Will-O-Wisp right before they use their Sync Move to leave your allies burned, so defend with Wallace & Milotic’s Grand Illusion! to gain the Status Condition Reflection effect!
