The Pokémon World Championships are coming to Japan for the first time, and to help celebrate, the Pokémon Center Worlds Store will be open to fans during the tournament! The store will feature two lines of World Championships-exclusive merchandise as well as a curated selection of products from Pokémon Center. Stay tuned to Pokémon news channels for updates!

The lottery system for the Pokémon Center Worlds Store at the 2023 World Championships is now live! Click here to register for a slot to shop. Once the lottery closes on July 2, 2023, at 10:00 p.m. PDT / July 3, 2023, at 6:00 a.m. GMT / July 3, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. JST successful applicants will be notified via email. How to shop at the store?
Due to expected congestion during the event, an advance lottery will be held for entering the store. You will not be able to enter the Pokémon Center Worlds Store, or the North Hall, without a reservation. Please ensure that you have your pass ready. To sign up for the lottery, and for more information, please visit the reservation lottery system website.
Applications for the reservation lottery system will close on July 2, 2023, at 10:00 p.m. PDT / July 3, 2023, at 6:00 a.m. GMT / July 3, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. JST..
Does having a Competitor or Spectator event badge guarantee entry into the Pokémon Center store?
Yes, both have privileges to enter the store. Badge holders will be informed in their respective ways.
Is the venue accessible?
There is accessible access to the venue via an elevator from the upper level. Please ask staff on the day of the event for guidance, and we will be happy to assist you.
How do I enter the lottery system?
To sign up for the lottery, please proceed to the reservation lottery system website.
The reservation lottery is open from June 18, 2023, at 10 p.m. PDT / June 19, 2023, at 6 a.m. GMT / June 19, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. JSTto July 2, 2023, at 10:00 p.m. PDT / July 3, 2023, at 6:00 a.m. GMT / July 3, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. JST.
How many people per QR code?
Each QR code grants access for up to four people (including the person registered). Please make sure to arrive as a group and present your QR code to staff at the entry for access into the Pokémon Center Worlds Store.
When will I find out if my application was successful?
Once the reservation lottery system has closed and “Registration completed” is displayed on your account, registration is completed successfully. Email will also be used to notify all entrants on if they were successful or unsuccessful in their application. Please make sure to set up your email account to accept emails from the following domain name: @worlds-reservation.pokemon.co.jp
How will I get my tickets?
Your ticket will be a QR code that will be available on the reservation lottery system website in your “My Page.” You will need to use this QR code to check in to your shopping slot on the day of entry. Please arrive at your designated time and present the QR code to a staff member for access into the Pokémon Center Worlds Store.
