Niantic is now investigating the Pokémon GO issue where some players see an error message when trying to claim an Amazon Prime code, Niantic says changing your web browser or device will resolve this issue

• Amazon Prime codes show error message for some Trainers

• Pokémon cannot be switched in a PokéStop Showcase once the contest limit is reached

• Pokémon appear overlapped on the Map

• Some Trainers are not able to see PokéStop Showcases

• Pokémon appearance duration reduced when moving
• Sandygast & Palossand are unable to be fed.
• Reward screen loads slowly after defeating Team GO Rocket Grunts.
• Trainers battling in Gyms are put in separate battle groups.
• Some avatar poses cause a white screen in Pokémon GO.
• Shared AR Experience will be down for maintenance.
• Adding a friend does not complete some Special Research tasks.
• Coin Bag is not visible after sending a Postcard.
• Some Trainers cannot pair with Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet.
• Free Gold Box with Gimmighoul Coins cannot be claimed.
• Latios and Latias caught in the wild cannot be transferred to Pokémon HOME.
• Primal Groudon does not reach maximum health.
• Trainers can’t tap “ok” on second sub-medal for Butterfly Collector medal progression.
• Mega Beedrill is not visible.

Some Trainers see incorrect or missing visuals when battling.
Issue description: Some Trainers battling may see incorrect or missing visuals if their device has not yet downloaded assets after a new update.
Issue status: Investigating. Please use the “download all assets” feature in the settings menu to mitigate this issue.

 

Berries and balls cannot be changed when encountering an Ultra Beast.
Issue description: Some Trainers do not see the ability to change berries or balls when encountering an Ultra Beast in GO Battle League.
Issue status: Investigating.
