What to prepare on the day of the competition

・Nintendo Switch™ family console

・Nintendo Switch software “Pokemon Scarlet” or “Pokemon Violet”

・“Save data” available for Nintendo Switch Online

・Identity verification documents (driver’s license, resident registration card, family relationship certificate, etc.)

※You must be able to access the internet facilities prepared on site on the day of the competition.

※One console and one Nintendo account are required per player.

※You must have downloaded the latest update data for the software you are using and the latest system update.

※You can participate only with saved data entered within the game.

One-shot system (BO1): The player who wins one game first wins.

<Grand Final>

Best of 3 out of 3 (BO3): The player who first wins 2 wins wins.

※If the player who advanced from LOSERS wins 2 games first, a best-of-3 match will be played once more. (Up to 6 matches)

<What is the open team list method?>

・In this competition, each other’s battle team information will be revealed during the match.

Information disclosed: Trainer name, Pokémon name, characteristics, personality, items held, skills, Terraform type

※When Mint is used on a Pokémon, the personality of the Mint is displayed.

About competition regulation

It will be a double battle using Regulation E.

<About tardiness>

・If you do not complete player registration within 10 minutes of the start of the first round, you will be considered to have abandoned the competition and will not be able to participate in this competition.

・If you are not seated within 5 minutes after the start of each round, the round will be considered a loss.

・If you do not notify the staff of your intention to participate by the scheduled end time of the round in which you have lost due to tardiness, you will be considered to have abandoned the competition and will not be able to participate in future matches.

※If there is no match after the “LOSERS” match, etc., you will be disqualified even if you declare your intention to participate.

<Other>

・Withdrawal from the competition will not be accepted unless the competition organizer recognizes a justifiable reason. Additionally, if you give up the competition midway without a justifiable reason, the grades and rights you have earned so far may become invalid.

・During the event, data altered by game software or modification code that modifies part of the report using a device that can manipulate reports, etc. of game software sold in some of the categories listed in the <Prohibited Activities> section below,  or data that has been altered. If you are caught using an included Pokémon or  a Pokémon created using a modification code, you will be disqualified and may not be able to participate in future events hosted by Pokémon Korea Co., Ltd. Please be aware that a penalty may be imposed regardless of whether it was intentional or not.

・If you are unable to continue the match due to a problem with your Nintendo Switch™ family console during the match, you may be disqualified.

・If the match is interrupted due to a breakdown in communication due to a problem with equipment prepared by the organizer or a power outage, the  match will be replayed regardless of the reason.

Players who commit the prohibited actions below may be penalized.

Additionally, if any of the following prohibited actions are detected during or after the competition is held, you may not be able to participate in future events hosted by Pokemon Korea Co., Ltd.

・Using a device that can illegally modify game software reports, etc., using Pokémon with data changed by the modification code or Pokémon created using the modification code

・Using a Nintendo Switch family console that has been modified with products other than those officially licensed by Nintendo of Korea.

・Activities judged by the organizer to have an impact on the match, such as checking strategy books or previously prepared memos or operating portable devices during the match.

・Acts judged by the organizer to be significant delays

・Acts that cause harm or give an unpleasant impression to other participants

・Registering participation with fraudulent information or participating using someone else’s name.

・Other acts deemed inappropriate by the organizer
