Pokémon Masters EX, the strategy and battling Pokémon game for mobile platforms, is now available for download on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). In celebration of the game’s popularity, special in-game events and rewards are being offered for all players to take part in on a regular basis.

The following issue is currently occurring in the game.
Issue Details
Cheating was detected in which a Sync Grid had an inappropriate combination of tiles activated.
This data could be copied from the Check Successful Teams screen.
We are currently addressing this issue, but it may take some time to resolve it, so until then we appreciate your patience in waiting for this issue to be resolved.
Additionally, the data of other players on the Check Successful Teams screen will be temporarily hidden until this issue is resolved.
An additional announcement regarding the resolution will be made after the updated version with the fix is released.
If you have copied the inappropriate data to your Sync Grid, it will be reverted back to normal when this issue is resolved.
We are currently planning compensation for the inconvenience caused.
